BloomDoom Guitar Company Refund Policy
We offer refunds and/or exchanges on any “Ready To Go” products within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed, we cannot take a refund or exchange of any kind. You are responsible for return shipping on a returned “Ready To Go” body and the original shipping costs cannot be refunded since it was already spent getting the body to you.
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, not had any parts/screws installed, or any additional routing done to it.
We cannot give any sort of refund on a Custom Order. Since there is a lot of email exchange and specifics that go into a Custom Order, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once payment is made, you are committed, so keep that in mind. We can assure you it will be awesome though.
If you reserve a “Coming Soon” product and choose your own specs, such as level of relicing or level of checking, you cannot return or cancel this type of order either. Even if you choose a Closet Clean finish with no checking, it is still non-returnable and non-refundable.
What to know for a Return
- Must be returned in the original box and the original packaging.
- Don’t wrap the body/neck in bubble wrap as it can easily damage the Nitrocellulose Lacquer finish during shipping.
- It’s never a bad idea to have the returned package insured for what you paid for it in case it is lost or damaged during the return. We can’t be responsible for it until it is back to our shop.
